A recent survey by DiscoverCars.com has placed Lanzarote Airport in the top 18 in the world, alongside three other Canarian airports.
Earlier this year, the hire car company surveyed 3,500 tourists, asking them questions about their airport experience in the countries they had travelled to. They then asked them to rate the airport on a scale of 0-10.
When it came to scoring, they used the ratings from travellers and included airports with 50 or more reviews.
