A 70-year-old man was resuscitated after choking in a Playa Blanca restaurant yesterday.
Emergency health workers received a call at around 6.30 pm and rushed to the establishment, where they discovered that the man had suffered cardio-respiratory failure.
After performing advanced resuscitation techniques, the man was stabilised and taken to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa Hospital in a “serious” condition.
